Chicken Tikka Masala

And finally here is the Indian dish par excellence: the chicken tikka masala. A blend of spices and yogurt chicken in the form of stew creamy with an unmistakable scent.

Preparation:

In a large bowl, place the yogurt with spices, chopped garlic, salt, lemon juice and pepper. Mix well until it forms a cream. Then put the chicken cut into cubes in the marinade and let marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours, preferably overnight.

Meanwhile in another pan fry the shallots with the olive oil, add the tomato and spices and cook for 15 minutes.

Serve the chicken tikka masala hot and serve with a generous portion of basmati rice boiled

800 GR chicken breast
500 GR plain yogurt
1 lemon
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 teaspoons garam masala
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons sweet paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
Salt and Pepper To Taste.

350 GR of chopped tomatoes
1 shallot
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 teaspoons garam masala
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons of turmeric
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon cumin
Chopped fresh cilantro
